Customer-journey clarity for education & training.
The customer experience for education & training does not stop at a click. A useful review follows the person from explore through the next relevant action—and identifies which team owns each handoff.
Begin with the question the visitor is trying to answer.
Describe the learner, starting level and programme commitments. A channel is only useful if the destination can answer that question clearly.
Make the next action proportionate.
Let a learner inspect a sample lesson, demo or open day. Do not ask for a commitment that the available information does not justify.
Collect less, but collect what is useful.
Help the counselling team address fit, fees and support. Ask for necessary business context. Do not collect sensitive customer, patient or financial histories in a marketing form.
Test the failure path.
Check an invalid email, an unavailable service, a duplicate enquiry, a slow response and a request for the wrong location. Agree who notices the failure and how the person is helped next.
Use evidence at the right stage.
Relevant programme enquiries is not the same as completed counselling. Use operational records where available, distinguish client-reported values and document missing attribution.
